Party Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation
- Booking is confirmed on token advance — minimum ₹5,000 or 25% of estimated billing (whichever higher).
- Tentative holds without token are kept for 24 hours and released thereafter.
- Share proof of payment within the hold window; slots may be reallocated otherwise.
Guest Count
- Final count to be confirmed 48 hours prior.
- Billing on minimum guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is higher.
- Up to 10% extra guests permitted; service/replenishment time may vary.
- No refund/adjustment for numbers below the guarantee.
Food & Beverage
- Menu to be finalized 3 days prior; changes within 48 hours may not be possible.
- Outside food, drinks, or liquor are not permitted.
- Alcohol served only to guests 25+ with valid government ID; service may be refused to intoxicated guests.
- In case of brand unavailability, similar-value alternatives will be provided.
- Our kitchen handles common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, sesame, eggs, seafood). Cross-contact may occur—please choose accordingly.
Decorations & Entertainment
- In-house décor, cake, DJ, and photography available at extra cost.
- Outside vendors only with prior written approval.
- Setup typically begins one hour prior, subject to floor conditions.
- No nails, tape, glitter, confetti, smoke machines, fireworks, sharp objects, or open flames.
- Damages to property/equipment are chargeable; personal décor must be removed post-event.
Timings & Conduct
- Adhere to the agreed start/end times; extensions are chargeable and subject to availability.
- Music allowed until 12:00 AM as per local regulations.
- Delays beyond 15 minutes may affect the service sequence.
- Host is responsible for guest behaviour; serious violations may lead to event termination without refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 7+ days prior: 100% of advance adjustable within 30 days.
- 3–6 days prior: 50% of total package value adjustable.
- < 48 hours: No adjustment/refund. Rescheduling once with 72-hour notice, subject to availability.
- Refunds/adjustments as credit or to original payment method; up to 7 working days.
- No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations.
Liabilities
- Management not responsible for loss of belongings, damage, or injury.
- Minors must be supervised at all times.
- Damages to property/equipment chargeable at actuals.
- In force majeure/technical failure, liability limited to refunding unconsumed portion.
Payments
- 50% of minimum guaranteed billing at confirmation; balance 48 hours before the event.
- Add-ons/extra guests/extended hours payable immediately after the event.
- GST @5% on food; VAT @14.3% on alcohol, over and above package price.
- UPI, card, or bank transfer accepted (no cheques).
Photography & Media
- Event photos may be used for marketing unless opted out at booking.
- Professional video/drone/external photographers require prior approval.
- Guest requests not to be photographed will be respected.
Safety & Compliance
- All events subject to local excise, municipal and noise regulations.
- Early closures due to authority intervention are not the restaurant’s liability.
- Keep fire exits clear and cooperate during safety checks.
